We stayed at Monktonmead lodge, one of the two lodges available at Arethusa Cottages. It was a beautiful location and we felt like we were in a cabin on a lovely remote mountainside. The cabin was really lovely and so cosy. There was all necessary modern features and the lovely hosts even had left milk in the fridge for us. The icing on the cake however, was the amazing heated swimming pool next to our lodge. We spent a few hours in there - absolutely brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend staying here if visiting the I.O.W.
